 Looking back on something that started as a method of survival and is now a special part of who I am.

Thinking about the voice I’ve listened to my whole life and hearing how others want to but aren’t sure how to. I believe it's the voice that helped me to survive and encourage others to work with it daily to embrace who they are.

Inspired by memories of thinking that I’m too much and what the process of sharing out loud does for growth. Talking aloud has been my tool to be more conscious and learn further.

 In my child, I can witness physical growth for some time and I get to sense their inner growth. It’s a thrill to be a part of it and it’s a constant challenge to remember that it’s not mine.
