Yourself to Nurture
Have you taken time to notice the different parts of yourself that make you who you are? Do you sometimes feel the different parts in conflict and wonder about what makes ‘a way’ the ‘right’ way? Despite the abundance of information that surrounds us, it’s important to consider who we are, what matters to us and what we’re capable of in every decision we make.
Let's take a moment to acknowledge that we don't have to know, even if the conflict bothers us. Remember that you are human and that every mistake you make will teach you. For now, do a small review of what you hope to accomplish and let go of anything that conflicts with that goal. Accept that you're being led to look into a new direction, even if you don't yet understand it. Remember that doing something you don't feel comfortable with will hurt you in the long run. It’s your responsibility to stay true to who you are, so it's okay to change direction and listen to what only you can hear.
Take time to observe the small changes that led you here and trust only what aligns with you. When you recognize the shift and once again feel comfortable instead of conflicted, you can make choices toward the direction that feels right to you.
