What we say and do is picked up by the people and universe around us. Through the myriad of thoughts and feelings, it is best to wisely choose what we project. It can mean more than the credit we give it.
Transition of What Was
Having knowledge can give me a sense of security but it is not something that must be complete while I am still learning. Choosing to not resist what I discover in order to understand a bigger picture assists me to grow with what happens. Putting past and present together for future reference, I move from what was into what is.
The Opportunity to Try

A Blessing in Disguise
My life experience taught me to focus on something to learn rather than feed negative reactions.Sensing change, it is better to flow with the situation instead of resisting or trying to get my way. Allowing life to guide me, I choose to appreciate the moment and make the best of it. Reflecting on the situation can be done after the process has completed.

Letting go of the need to control a situation clears my mind, allowing me to fully embrace the process. When I release preconceived ideas, the experience transforms into an adventure that I value.
My Symbol of Self-Care
I used to be afraid of getting accused of giving up but then I realized that I can’t avoid the truth. Getting to know what is an illusion and what is real gives me the strength to embrace my reality. Choosing my wheelchair and embracing my disability is my way of loving myself and stopping the actions that deny my truth. There is more to a book beyond the cover you see.

A reflection on how friction in a relationship is not always as I first perceive them. I don’t want to be wrong or less than but there are times when I must agree to disagree and move on trusting that we are both trying our best at the moment.

As what I think and feel become the expression of my person, it's my job to tend to what I grow. I choose what I become by nourishing the thoughts that align with me.
