Present for the Experience
Without a need to act like I am in control, I free myself to learn as the experience unfolds. I am no longer expecting results I foresaw and am allowing the process to naturally play out. I am more conscious of what occurs when my mind isn't relating to previous thoughts or what I want to happen. By releasing the notion of control, I choose to free my mind so I can appreciate the present moment.
Training my mind to be free of pre-existing thought has assisted me to accept adverse situations with ease and wonder. I am more able to adapt and appreciate the experience. I can be as I am in whatever life is offering.
