Connecting Within

The world is constantly changing and the one thing that I can consistently know about and have a measure of control over is myself. Beneath the layers of what is obvious to the world is my soul, the essence of who I am that fuels an unseen purpose. When circumstances around me confuse my understanding, I must make decisions that make me feel true to who I am. I acknowledge that I am at a stage of not-knowing and must connect with what I do know before venturing out further. I must know what I want and why so I can decipher what I'm willing to sacrifice and what I am determined to hold onto. In reviewing what alterations I'm ready to make to achieve my end-goal, I can enter the adventure to learn more without worrying about how the confusion will consume me. There is no uncertainty that cannot be met when I am aware of my limit and drive. Every unusual situation is a field for discovery and application of who I am. 

Flowing with changes is easier when I know what is essential for me. I can continue being what I know while receiving what I don't know to grow more.
