Not-knowing allows curiosity to motivate growth to proceed. One step at a time in the present and eventually we will look back and recognize our accomplishments. What is built within is as significant as the trail we tread without.

I strive for what I want but must admit that I don't have full control. I look for the subtle gifts after the tide has calmed.

When my perception is in alignment with who I am, I can trust that I am living as I am meant to, even if the course changes along the way. It is my responsibility to determine my thoughts.

Despite how I thought surrender is perceived, a weakness becomes a strength with acceptance. A  new perspective with the willingness to learn makes the impossible into a learning experience.

Being together in a relationship does not have to mean that we are always side by side. What runs through the mind during a separation is significant to the threads that bind a relationship.

Fear is not something to easily turn away from, it is an intuitive signal. Fear becomes unmanageable when we don’t face and accept what is happening. I think of fear as an encouragement to grow.

Being aware of change and trusting that I don’t have to know, success is in my ability to experience what is happening. Accepting whatever comes my way reminds me that I am a part of something greater. Continuous growth makes challenges into wonders to discover.

 I've spent a lifetime striving for my physical capability and realize now that my spirit speaks louder than my body alone could ever achieve. I know that when I am physically lacking I have the choice to adapt mentally so I can appreciate and grow with the situation.

 Enjoyment is possible in any situation when I choose to tap into the wonder and concentrate only on what I can control. Admitting that I don’t know liberates me to enjoy situations like adventures. A constant mindset of learning helps me to uncover what I would otherwise miss when I insist that I know. Life is an adventure when there is something to discover.

 Reflecting on the importance of perspective in adverse situations and being conscious of what to carry away from a situation. It is in how we choose to nurture our perceptions that leads to our reality.
