What we say and do is picked up by the people and universe around us. Through the myriad of thoughts and feelings, it is best to wisely choose what we project. It can mean more than the credit we give it.

Inspired by an episode when I chased my daughter thinking that I was being a mother only to realize the mistakes in my approach. A lesson for self-reflection to reevaluate my role.

 In my child, I can witness physical growth for some time and I get to sense their inner growth. It’s a thrill to be a part of it and it’s a constant challenge to remember that it’s not mine.

Don’t assume something is the same due to similarities. Learn from the familiar and dare to venture beyond.
