Understand Yourself

They could understand the purpose of their actions and they could feel the charge of what they did. They wanted to share this happiness and motivation with the people around them but they didn’t feel well received. The people they shared with listened but seemed detached.

Am I not good enough? Are my ways not well defined? Do they know better than me? Is there something I must do to convince them? Though feeling misunderstood drained them, they didn’t want to lose the charge within them for approval. They had to keep going, even if they felt misunderstood.

In Life, we want others to join us in what we believe. We think that we are alone when we don’t receive the response we hope for, and our mind will wander into doubts. We tend to forget that everyone has their own concentration and path. A person who doesn’t appear to understand is listening and deciding if it’s meant for them at the moment. Maybe they can only listen so that they reflect what you need to see for yourself. You are the only person who can understand yourself in every moment. Stop worrying about external understanding and make time to understand yourself.
