Sitting at a High Level

It sits on a high level for all to see and holds responsibilities that affect the world. It quietly oversees the function of daily life, involved in various tasks to assist success. Open to receive the responses from the lives that sit below and gather information to recycle back into daily living. It's devoted to distributing assets fairly for development.
It has its days of being bright and merry and it has its moments when it's veiled in gray. When the pressure builds, it tends to shower its tears before reviving its light. It regularly chooses to rest in darkness and it continues its duties at the start of each day in any season.
People look toward it in anticipation for what's to come and may get frustrated with what it gives but it continues on hovering above and tending to the function of every day to prosper the company below. With the love it holds for what it tends and its devotion to have processes succeed, it's often the constant presence that is overlooked.

Author's Note: I was reading something talking about control that mentioned the beauty of the sky and it led me to think about the kind of work the sky holds. Because the sky is up above, my mind started thinking about hierarchy and responsibilities within a company.
