Working with New Sprouts

As Life is continuously changing and growing new sprouts without explanation, fear rises within from the uncertainty and the mind scurries for an explanation it can believe. Emotions feel like proof but irrationally feeds the fear. Whatever reasoning that comes forth can provide a quick relief. Despite what pops up (circumstances, emotions, knowledge or otherwise), what is chosen to be nurtured with attention becomes what is grown. What comes forth isn't immediately understood but it is up to me to decipher it. What I choose to believe becomes the light encouraging the plant to grow. The reasoning I gather is the water that feeds the thought into a belief.
New sprouts do happen suddenly, will trigger reactions and cause me to feel uncertain. It is within my power to strive for understanding and choose wisely what and how I wish to grow.
With patience and curiosity, the first comforting explanation doesn't have to become a belief that rushes the plant to grow. What surrounds the sprout can be examined to determine the root of the disturbance, utilize the resources to determine how to proceed and make decisions as the person I am and becoming.
As life continues on, my roots support my core and give me strength to grow out branches to further express my existence. Though some sprouts are not meant to last until the end, they add depth and color to what I am and what I offer. What used to feel uncertain become more familiar and easier to work with. For whatever new sprouts that pop into my day, I have the choice to embrace and learn with it. What I choose to water and nourish will add to my existence and lead me to more sprouts.
