They led a team of artists and knew that innovation was necessary. They knew that creativity required freedom to flow and that pressure only limited its flow, so they devised a rule for their team. No matter what they worked on, the number one rule was to have fun.
They watched their team and followed each individual's project. They picked up on when they felt doubtful or were tentative to step out with their ideas. Whenever they were approached, they listened openly to what their workers had to say and then asked if they were personally having fun.

In Life, we tend to get caught up in what we think we should be and lose the importance of being ourselves. We easily forget that enjoying what we do helps us to connect more and bring out our best. A small reminder to find enjoyment can help ease the subconscious judgment that invades our minds and interferes with creativity. When you’re feeling stuck or pressured, take time to assess how you can make your task fun for you. Let go of the stress to impress so you can present the best of yourself.
