They woke up with an ache in their back, kinks in their shoulders and neck, and a pounding headache. They often heard people making complaints about old age but, for them, this was a reminder of their youth. They could not blame old age, but they could attest to feeling the many experiences that life brought them. Change did not scare them; therefore, old age held no power and was just another life phase to them.
It was throughout their teenage years that they’d go to bed injured and wake up to feel the aftermath of what they were unable to control. They could only choose to rise on a new day, accept what they held and be ready to discover something new.
Now, in their older years, they couldn’t look down on the effects of such a full life. There was no denying that their life held a consistent richness, despite the small kinks that tended to show up. In Life, it’s important to not get stuck in reactions that oppose what Life is presenting us. It’s necessary to acknowledge how we feel and take control of what we manifest. If you don’t want to feel down or scared, don’t elaborate on those thoughts. Search for more understanding without judging the situation. Keep remembering that new days await you, that you can handle what you’ve been given and be ready to discover something new.
