Be Happy Without Stopping

Inspired by Bruce Lee and his constant practice of improving consciousness and ways of being. His motto was ‘Be happy, but never satisfied.’

Be appreciative, but never satisfied;

Stay open to feedback with intent to learn more.

Recognize what aligns, but never stop growing;

Observe and pick up information to store.

~Be appreciative, but never satisfied~

Make wins and loses without keeping score;

Work on what matters to you, even if it's not showing.

Respect everything as it is, staying mindful that it’s still growing;

Be appreciative, but never satisfied.

Being happy without stopping will make you feel unified.

To be appreciative is to feel happiness within and share it outwardly. We can feel peaceful with what surrounds us but we never must feel satisfied in one state. Stay open to receiving feedback with intention to learn. Keep recognizing what aligns with you, but never think that growth isn't continuous. Knowledge is there to fertilize the mind and bloom when necessary. Appreciate everything without being satisfied, keep constantly motivated to learn. Enjoy all wins and loses without keeping a score. Work on whatever you feel you must, even if it's not something you can show. Respect everything for what it is and be mindful that everything is still growing, just as you are. You can be appreciative without being satisfied, for being happy without stopping unifies you with what is while growing who you are.
